About 10–15 minutes. An appointment is required: message us on WhatsApp, call, or write on Instagram and we will agree a time that suits you. That way you will not have to wait when you arrive.

Eye test fee
We measure your eyes on a computerised refractometer, then confirm the result together using trial lenses. You get the numbers in writing, and you're under no obligation to buy your glasses from us.
What to bring
- Your current glasses (we can read the prescription from them)
- Your existing prescription, if you have it
Please note: this measurement determines your lens prescription. It is not a medical eye examination — if we see anything of concern, we'll refer you to an ophthalmologist.
