What we guarantee
Ready before you leave
Single vision lenses and tinted lenses we hold in stock are ready the same day. Progressive lenses are made at the lab and take 3–5 days. Tell us how many days you have and we'll say up front what's realistic.
Sight measurement
The computerised measurement takes 10–15 minutes and costs 30 €. An appointment is required — we arrange it over WhatsApp or by phone. You get the numbers in writing, with no obligation to buy your glasses from us.
No language barrier
Our team speaks English, Russian and German. Your prescription and what you are after will not get lost in translation.
Top of the range
The top shelf of our display. These three houses produce in smaller numbers and by hand — they sit at the upper end of our price range.

Are the products genuine?
Yes. We're an authorised retailer and every pair is handed over with its original box, warranty card and serial number. We don't sell replicas — and we'll gladly check the serial with you in store.
My holiday is short — can prescription glasses be ready in time?
For single vision glasses, yes — the lenses are ready the same day, so you can drop in during the morning and collect in the evening. Progressive lenses take 3–5 days, a little longer if a weekend falls in between. Tell us how many days you have and we'll say up front what's realistic.
I don't have my prescription with me.
Not a problem. We measure your eyes in store, or we read the values off your current glasses and make a new pair to match.
How do prices compare to back home?
Usually lower. Our range runs from €100 to €2,000 and everything comes through authorised distribution. Send us a photo of the pair you like on WhatsApp and we'll quote you exactly.
Will there be a language barrier?
No. Our team speaks English, Russian and German, so there's no risk of your prescription or your preferences being misunderstood.
